The Pre-Visit
Your experience begins when you request an appointment. I’ll be notified as soon as you fill out your new client questionnaire and or appointment request. I’ll take a look at your request and reach out (within 24-48 hours mon-fri) personally to ask any questions I may have after reviewing your information.
Leading up to your appointment you will receive a confirmation email and text 72 hours prior with an option to confirm or reschedule your visit. When you arrive at the salon, please have a seat on the bench just outside my suite and I will welcome you in as soon as possible.
The Consultation
You will promptly be greeted with a warm smile and welcomed in. Get comfy, this is just as much your space as it is mine!
I will have refreshments, snacks, wifi, and chargers if needed. I have music playing and a cozy wax warmer on making for a relaxing appointment.
Before we start your appointment, we will chat about your hair goals, any likes or dislikes that you may have and any budgetary concerns regarding your appointment.
We will talk about maintenance, home care, recommended products and anything else you may be concerned about. Once we both feel confident, we will begin.
Your time in my chair is very important to me, know that if you would prefer not to have all the small talk after our initial consultation, want to watch your phone or work on your computer or device please feel free to communicate that to me!
After Goodbye
Getting your hair done is only half of your hair journey! I only carry what I believe to be the absolute best products for my clients. You will be designed a custom hair prescription to maintain your investment. You will receive a follow up email with your customized product recommendations with links to my online store.
If you are comfortable, we will take some pictures that I may post on social media. You will have the opportunity to prebook your next appointment at this time if you wish to, or if you would prefer you can use the available booking app to book your next appointment at your convenience.
I like to stay in touch with all my clients, whether that is on social media or through texting. The random “Hey girl!” might pop up and just know it isn’t because I’m checking off boxes, I truly care about you and your investment in my business!
