I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and cancellations may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment I request at least 24 hours notice.

Clients who do not honor their appointments may be charged the cancellation fee as follows:

24 hours notice: service or services may be canceled without charge

Cancellation under 24 hours notice: service/services are subject to a charge of 50% of original amount of the service(s).

Failure to show: 100% of scheduled service will be charged

Credit card information is required to secure your appointment time and will be safely collected and stored with GlossGenius. Charges will only occur if Cancellation or No show fees apply

My goal is for you to love your hair! If you are having any challenges with your cut or color simply e-mail Citrinesalonsuite@gmail.com within 72 hours of your visit and I will be happy to assist you with an adjustment to any reasonable issue.

​In the event you have chosen to adjust it at home, or by anyone other than Joan Lucido, the service adjustment policy is null and void and service charges will apply.
